消失的 Publishing Wizard

原本就想做一個可以不用透過網頁，直接上傳相片到網站的功能，

之前可以透過XP的 Publishing Wizard 做到，

我只要把SERVER端的interface做好就行，技術上不難，

但到WINDOWS 7就不見了...還好，有人把他找了回來，

到時可以讓大家很無腦的上傳照片到相簿了 :D



===windows 7或vista的photo gallery太麻煩了，可能會改用picasa===

必須安裝以下組件:
Windows Imaging Component (XP only), Windows Imaging Component Hotfix (32-bit) 或者Windows Imaging Component Hotfix (64-bit), SQL Server 2005 Compact Edition (3.1), Microsoft Application Error Reporting (32-bit) 或者 Microsoft Application Error Reporting (64-bit), Microsoft Visual Studio Runtime,Windows Live Communications Platform, Direct3D 9, Windows Live Sync, Segoe UI Font (XP 下需要)
